Welcome to Verified Farm Lands. By accessing or using our services related to verified managed farmland, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to all services provided by us in relation to the management, sale, lease, or any other dealings with verified managed farmland.

  • “User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any person or entity using our services.

  • “Verified Managed Farmland” refers to farmland that has been verified and managed under the guidelines and supervision of Verified Farm Lands

2. Eligibility

  • By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration or when accessing our services. Misrepresentation of information may lead to termination of services.

3. Services Provided

  • We offer a range of services related to verified managed farmland, including but not limited to sales, leasing, management, and maintenance.

  • We act as facilitators in transactions and management of the farmland. We do not guarantee the quality, performance, or legal compliance of the farmland unless explicitly stated.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

  • You must ensure that any use of the farmland adheres to its designated purpose, such as agricultural use.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information related to your identity and financial transactions.

  • You must not engage in any activity that is harmful, abusive, or in violation of any laws while using our services or the farmland.

5. Payment and Fees

  • All fees for our services, including but not limited to management fees, transaction fees, or lease payments, must be paid in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services and legal action if necessary.

  • We reserve the right to change our fee structure with prior notice to the users.

6. Property Verification and Management

  • We verify farmland properties to the best of our ability, including checking legal ownership and suitability for agricultural use.

  • However, we do not take responsibility for any discrepancies found post-transaction unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

  • We provide management services as per the contract. Any deviation or breach of contract should be reported immediately to our support team.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We strive to provide the best possible services, but we do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the farmland.

  • Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you for our services.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to our interests or other users.

  • You may terminate your use of our services at any time, subject to any contractual obligations you may have.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services, we encourage you to first contact us to seek resolution.

  • If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in [City, State] as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms & Conditions will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mysore Karnataka

11. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
